  • State and federal regulations regarding consumer debt collection, with heavy emphasis on the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
  • Company policies including critical security training
  • Customer service and dispute resolution
  • Debt negotiation skills, role-playing and side-by-side training
  • Skip-tracing techniques
  • Use of our collection software
  • Client-specific work standards and scope of work as well as basic industry knowledge


Ongoing training and development enables employees to become experts in their functional area, thus leading to growth opportunities.  In addition, it ensures our clients are receiving the best service by having experienced and knowledgeable professionals resolving their accounts.
